Who are we?
The Fairfax County Republican Committee is a diverse and growing organization, dedicated to electing Republicans to every office in Fairfax County. The Fairfax County Republican Committee organizes and administers the day-to-day grassroots operations for the Republican Party in Fairfax County. The Committee consists of members who are registered voters in Fairfax County, are in accordance with the principles of the Republican Party and are elected to the FCRC by the committee members.The Fairfax County Republican Committee is led by Chairman Jay McConville and is comprised of dedicated grassroots volunteers. The Committee adheres to the principles of the Republican Party including lower taxes, limited government, individual responsibility, strong families, free enterprise, and a strong national defense. All who believe in these principles are encouraged to become involved and assist in electing candidates who will work for these principles.

We Believe:
That the free enterprise system is the most productive supplier of human needs and economic justice,
That all individuals are entitled to equal rights, justice, and opportunities and should assume their responsibilities as citizens in a free society,
That fiscal responsibility and budgetary restraints must be exercised at all levels of government,
That the Federal Government must preserve individual liberty by observing Constitutional limitations,
That peace is best preserved through a strong national defense,
That faith in God, as recognized by our Founding Fathers is essential to the moral fiber of the Nation.
